RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24–48 hours.

Our return policy lasts for 7 days after your purchase/delivery. Any kind of return or exchange will not be considered after this time frame.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, we won’t proceed forward with the query.

Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 7–10 working days.

If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to availability of stock, we will make sure to have this exchanged for another product or you will be issued a credit note which can be availed on your next online purchase.

We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt.

ON-SALE PURCHASE

- Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return / refund / exchange.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS


- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

- If you still haven’t received it, contact your credit card / debit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at knackvue@gmail.com

SALE ITEMS

- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

REFUND


- Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit or exchange of the product.

- Based on the inspection of the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If your product is approved, you will be offered either a store credit valid for 1 month or your product will be exchanged within 7 days.

 

APPLICABILITY OF THE POLICY

- You can exchange/return the product(s), purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:

- The product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered with by you.

-The brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.

- The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.

- Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and the product matches our records.

- There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the product.

- The product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.

- Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition.

- We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.

- Return of purchased products are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. On receipt of request for return of product on knackvue.com and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistics partners may get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased products from you.

- We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.

RETURN POLICY

- To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly request customers to follow the steps below:

- Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

- If you find any damage or defect, share the unboxing video with us via email.

- Once verified, your return will be processed promptly.

⚠ IMPORTANT:
• Returns will only be accepted if the unboxing video clearly shows the package being opened for the first time.
• If the package appears to have been opened prior to recording the video, the product will not be eligible for return.

FAQ

WHAT IS MY RIGHT SIZE?

As Knackvue caters to the oversized fit, if you're unsure about sizing, we recommend going one size down from your regular size. For example, if you normally wear an M, you can go ahead with an S, oversized look. Once comfortable, you can always upsize if you prefer a looser look. It's worth noting that our sizing chart is available on our website, which provides detailed measurements for each size to help you choose the perfect fit.

WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE T-SHIRTS?

To maintain the quality and puff/screen prints, we recommend hand washing in cold water or using a gentle cycle inside out with mild detergent. Avoid bleach, wringing, or harsh chemicals. Dry flat or in shade, iron on low from the reverse side, and avoid tumble drying or dry cleaning.

HOW DO OUR NEW DROPS WORK?

We usually announce our upcoming designs and collections on our official Instagram account - @knackvue.in We recommend following us on Instagram to stay updated with our latest releases and drops. Once the designs are announced, they are available to purchase on our website.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is available to purchase but will be shipped out based on the mentioned date. Please make sure to read the Product Description on orders that are of PRE-ORDER status.

All online orders are shipped from our Fulfilment Centre located in Mumbai

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

All online orders from knackvue.com are eligible for free shipping Pan-India.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, until specified with a date of shipping (in case of pre-orders). Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there. Kindly allow us 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date which is provided by our shipping aggregation service. For international orders, we use a local courier service provider and will contact you personally on the tracking number for the same. Additionally, an order confirmation message is shared with you on your registered Whatsapp number.

WHY IS MY ORDER NOT SHIPPED AFTER IT IS CONFIRMED?

Due to logistic issues out of our control, there may occasionally be a delay in shipping your order. Do not worry as we are only looking to fulfil all orders that are confirmed.

WHY IS MY ORDER NOT DELIVERED AFTER THE MENTIONED DATE?

Due to logistic issues out of our control, there might be an occurrence of delayed delivery on the expected date. Feel free to contact us and we will solve this at the earliest.

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY ORDER STATUS?

Your order will been confirmed with order number (Eg: KV-1001). We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and you should have received an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there.

I CANNOT PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE.

No problem; reach out to our Instagram DM or mail us by mentioning the required product and by filling in all the right shipping details.

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

All orders once confirmed with an Order Number cannot be cancelled. We will look to fulfil this order at the earliest. However, you can modify the order for size or product provided the order is in the ‘Unfulfilled’ status. Once the AWB is printed for an order, the changes cannot be modified. To do so, simply drop an email to knackvue@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the changes to be made and the team will happily assist you.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Amendments in delivery address can be modified provided the order is in the “Unfulfilled” status. Once the AWB is printed for an order, the changes cannot be modified. To do so, simply drop an email to knackvue@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the changes to be made and the team will happily assist you.

HOW DO I APPLY MY GIFT CARD?

In the case of a GIFT CARD, simply use the code provided to you on email at the end of the checkout process. GIFT CARD can be used only once for purchases made online

WHY ISN'T MY GIFT CARD WORKING?

Please note that there is a validity of 6 months from the date of issue on any GIFT CARD sent out. Make sure to have this utilised in this period as your GIFT CARD will expire post the timeline.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Online purchases: can be done through the following payment methods: Card, Amex and UPI. Please note that we do not accept COD for online purchases.

I WON’T BE HOME TO ACCEPT MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We would advise having your order delivered to an address with someone there to accept it. If there is no one at the address to accept the order, our couriers will re-attempt the delivery 2 more times until the order is Returned to Origin (RTO). To avoid an RTO, please make sure to inform us about the same on ordersupport@bluorng.com so that we can hold our shipment until you are available at the location.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY, DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEM?

Kindly email us at knackvue@gmail.com with your order number and clear pictures as proof of the defect, incorrect item, or missing item. Once verified, our team will contact you via email with further instructions. If applicable, the product will be recalled to our warehouse and a replacement will be shipped to you.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24–48 hours.

Catering to the hygiene standards for our products, all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange. We reserve the right to not accept a return if:
• The products are returned after use.
• The products are damaged.
• The products do not have all the tags.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE EXCHANGE TO TAKE PLACE?

Once we receive the returned item, you will be informed with a confirmation that we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR A REFUND?

We do not have a refund policy due to the limited quantities we produce. Hence, all orders are final. all Returns are strictly accepted and refunded only via a CREDIT NOTE to the customer. However, in rare and exceptional cases, where a transaction fails or an Order ID is not generated, an automatic refund will be initiated to your source account within 5-7 business days. CAN I GET A GST RECEIPT FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, simply drop in an email to knackvue@gmail.com and the team will facilitate a GST invoice against your order

MY TRANSACTION HAS FAILED. WHAT DO I DO?

If you have received an order confirmation email and a follow-up email mentioning that your transaction has failed, do not worry. Your order will be shipped as this would be a glitch with our payments aggregator. Once an order number has been generated, your order will be shipped and delivered as per our policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email 

RETURN SHIPPING

- To return your product, you should mail your product to: New Krishna Bhavan Ban Dongari Datta Mandir Road, New Wageshwary Devi Temple, Malad east, Mumbai - 400097. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


DAMAGED GOODS

- For any products damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us at knackvue@gmail.com to file a claim. Kindly save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
