KNACKVUE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the site following the posting of revisions shall be deemed acceptance of such changes.
At KNACKVUE, we aim to offer a smooth, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience. All products, descriptions, and pricing information displayed on the website constitute an invitation to offer. Placing an order represents your offer to purchase, which is subject to acceptance by KNACKVUE. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason at our discretion.
1. Eligibility

Individuals deemed legally incompetent, including minors and undischarged insolvents, are not authorized to use this website. KNACKVUE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access upon discovery of ineligibility without prior notice.

KNACKVUE reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any account or registration found to be misleading, fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these terms, without prior notice or obligation to provide a reason.

Any reviews, feedback, ideas, images, comments, or suggestions submitted to KNACKVUE (collectively referred to as “Submissions”) become the sole and exclusive property of KNACKVUE.
By submitting content, you grant KNACKVUE a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, adapt, translate, create derivative works, display, or otherwise exploit such Submissions for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, without compensation or acknowledgment to you.

KNACKVUE reserves the right (but not the obligation) to edit, monitor, restrict, or remove any Submission at its sole discretion.

You remain solely responsible for any content you provide and agree to indemnify KNACKVUE and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your Submissions.
5. Product Information & Pricing Accuracy
KNACKVUE strives to ensure that all product data, pricing, images, and specifications presented on this website are accurate. However, inadvertent typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur.
In such cases, KNACKVUE reserves the right to correct errors, revise product information, update pricing, or cancel/refuse orders affected by such inaccuracies—at any stage prior to dispatch. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued according to our refund policy.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24–48 hours.
Our return policy lasts for 7 days after your purchase/delivery. Any kind of return or exchange will not be considered after this time frame.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, we won’t proceed forward with the query.
Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 7–10 working days.
If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to availability of stock, we will make sure to have this exchanged for another product or you will be issued a credit note which can be availed on your next online purchase.
We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt.
ON-SALE PURCHASE - Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return / refund / exchange.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
- If you still haven’t received it, contact your credit card / debit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS - Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
REFUND
- Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit or exchange of the product.
- Based on the inspection of the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your product is approved, you will be offered either a store credit valid for 1 month or your product will be exchanged within 7 days.
APPLICABILITY OF THE POLICY
- You can exchange/return the product(s), purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:
- The product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered with by you.
-The brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.
- The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
- Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and the product matches our records.
- There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the product.
- The product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.
- Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
- We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.
- Return of purchased products are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. On receipt of request for return of product on knackvue.com and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistics partners may get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased products from you.
- We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
RETURN POLICY
- To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly request customers to follow the steps below:
- Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package.
- If you find any damage or defect, share the unboxing video with us via email.
- Once verified, your return will be processed promptly.
⚠ IMPORTANT:
• Returns will only be accepted if the unboxing video clearly shows the package being opened for the first time.
• If the package appears to have been opened prior to recording the video, the product will not be eligible for return.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. - If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email
RETURN SHIPPING
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: New Krishna Bhavan Ban Dongari Datta Mandir Road, New Wageshwary Devi Temple, Malad east, Mumbai - 400097. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGED GOODS
- For any products damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us at knackvue@gmail.com to file a claim. Kindly save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
